We can send you as many catalogues as you need - just call or email for more.

Cheques
We can hold orders for 4 days awaiting your cheque. However, clearance will take 10 working days. Payable to "TLC Sport"

Clearance items
From time to time TLC clears older stock. A full sizing stock range may not be available but our customer service team can advise whether to increase or decrease by a size. They can be contacted on 01604 811 111

Credit card/Debit cards
We accept all major credit/debit cards except Diners and American Express. First order will be sent to card holder's address only.

Delivery & despatch times
Telephone orders completed before 5:00pm are processed same day. All web orders placed before 3pm are processed the same working day, those placed afterwards are processed the next working day. Out of stock items are despatched as soon as stock is available.

Despatch
Most orders are despatched by Royal Mail first class post and sometimes where applicable by recorded delivery. Higher value orders are despatched by National courier and require a signature.

Discounts
Occasionally TLC promotes special offers and discounts: you will be kept informed but please note that no other discounts will be applied to any special offers.

Exchanges policy
Please return the garment you wish to exchange., stating clearly the size and colour now required. All exchanges are free of any extra p&p charges. You pay return postage, we pay exchange postage.

Faulty goods
Faulty goods will be exchanged by return and your postage refunded.

Fax
You can fax orders, enquiries or teacher certification to 01604 811 102.

We welcome feedback on any aspect of our service, so feel free to email, write or call us. If you wish to speak to our MD, Sara is happy to respond.

Garment Fit
TLC sizing is undergoing change. We are continually reviewing fit in line with customer needs and our sales team will be happy to advise you on size and fit.

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available from TLC. Please call the office to choose the value of your gift voucher.

Guaranteed satisfaction
If you are not 100% happy with your garments, we will honour any request for an exchange or full refund within 14 days, provided the garment is returned in perfect condition.

Guaranteed next day
This service is available at an extra cost of £8 added to the normal p&p. Order MUST be received before 3pm for this option.

Instructor discount
Fitness Instructors receive a discount from TLC!. Please call for information and the discounts available. Please fax or email proof that you are a qualified instructor before ordering. The details required to order online with discounts will be given to you.

International orders
TLC supplies sportswear all over the world. Postage charges may differ from country to country so please email and we will advise the International Postage charge.

Opening hours
Our offices are open daily from 9am until 5:30pm on weekdays or you may order online at your convenience.

Extra order forms for orders by post can be found here, or please call and we will be happy to send you some.

Order online 24/7
Our secure website currently has live stock levels - so you can order online anytime. All orders will be acknowledged and then despatched same day (before 3pm) or the first working weekday thereafter.

Out-of-hours ordering
Queries can be emailed or left on our voice mail. TLC don't use out of hours call centres as we prefer to handle our calls ourselves.

Out of stock items
TLC holds vast stocks that are replenishing on a constant basis. It is TLC's policy to inform our customers at the point of purchase, the stock position of your order, if there are changes to this position when the order is processed we will contact you via email or call you.

Payment
You can pay securely online or over the phone with major credit cards or for non-online orders by cheque. Cheques require 10 working days clearance.

Postage charges
1 to 4 items £5. 5 to 10 items £7. P&P over 10 items £10. Footwear add £3 per pair. Mainland Europe add £10. Rest of world add £15. If the cost of postage is above these values we will contact you prior to despatch.

Orders, returns and exchanges must be posted to: TLC House, Earls Barton, Northampton, NN6 0HF,United Kingdom.

Quality assured
TLC Sport manufactures to the highest quality. Occasionally fabrics may be substituted in our quest to assure the best for you.

Refunds
We provide full refunds on any garments you are not 100% happy with. Items must be returned to us in re-saleable condition within 14 days of purchase. An administration fee of £2 will be charged for refunded items. For more information go here.

Returns
All returns are processed same day, whether a refund, exchange or new order.

Sale items
From time to time we will send sales information by post or email. If you do not wish to receive mails from us please call and we will remove your name from our postal and/or email lists. NB. Sale items are exchangeable and refundable.

Same-day processing
All orders received before 3pm on a working day will be processed the same day (otherwise the next working day). Part orders will incurr no extra/further postal charges.

Sizing
TLC Sport hold sizes from XS (8) up to XXL (18) in stock. Other sizes to order (4 to 6 weeks) at no extra cost but cannot be ordered online.

TLC manufacturers
TLC only manufactures for itself. All designs are exclusive and our ranges are only available through our fast mail order service.
